Supreme Court To NTA On NEET UG 2024 Results

On July 18, the Supreme Court asked the National Testing Agency (NTA) to release NEET-UG exam results without disclosing students’ identities. In its order, the court directed the central agency to publish the aspirants’ marks on their website, city-wise and centre-wise, while concealing the candidates’ identities. The results are expected tomorrow, July 20. On Thursday, the Supreme Court issued its ruling while hearing a bundle of petitions in the NEET-UG 2024 paper leak case. Centre Lists 6 New Bills For Parliament’s Monsoon Session

The Monsoon Session of Parliament, which starts next week, will see the introduction of six new bills, one of which will change the disaster management statute. The Bhartiya Vayuyan Vidheyak, 2024 has been proposed by the government in addition to the Finance Bill. Its purpose is to supersede the Aircraft Act of 1934 and establish enabling measures that facilitate business operations in the civil aviation industry. Karnataka CM On Private Sector Quota Bill

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah stated on July 18 that his government has decided to postpone the bill establishing job reservations for Kannadigas in the private sector due to “certain confusion.” He stated that the bill will be discussed at the next cabinet meeting to allay any concerns. The Chief Minister was responding to Leader of the Opposition R Ashoka’s request that the state government clarify its position on the measure. Telangana Government to Launch Farm Loan Waiver Scheme

The Telangana government is planning to launch a farm debt waiver initiative as part of its election promises to assist 70 lakh farmers, according to official sources. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy previously stated that the government would implement a loan waiver of up to Rs 2 lakh by August 15. The chief minister stated that a total of Rs 7,000 crore would be credited to the accounts of farmers who have had their loans of up to Rs one lakh erased. Crop loans of up to Rs 1.5 lakh will be waived by the end of July, and the loan waiver procedure will be finished in August with loans of up to Rs 2 lakh…read more

Farmer Cries As He Rolls On Floor At MP Collector’s Office

A video circulating on X shows an elderly farmer in Madhya Pradesh rolling on the floor of the collector’s office, screaming and crying because the concerned administration has not addressed his issue of land grabbing. Shankarlal, the farmer, could be heard crying, “Nobody is listening,” as he rolled on the floor in the Mandsaur collector’s office. He has claimed that the land mafia fraudulently took away his land.
