NEET-UG 2024 SC Hearing Live Updates: The three-judge bench of Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud along with Justices J.B. Pardiwala and Manoj Misra is expected to deliver its final verdict today

NEET-UG 2024 SC Hearing Live Updates: The Supreme Court is hearing a batch of pleas regarding irregularities in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2024 and demand for a retest. The CJI observed that candidates who have individual grievances can move the HC to address those grievances. The Solicitor General which is representing the NTA pointed out that the top 100 students were spread across 95 centres, 56 cities, and 18 states/UTs. The SG also added that merely reopening the registration window does not mean any wrongdoing and only 14000 students opted for city change out of the total registered 24 lakh. Meanwhile, IIT-Delhi, which was tasked to form an opinion on the right answer to a NEET UG Physics exam question has shared that option 4 is correct answer which means that over 4 lakh students could lose four marks.
