In a move to resolve bugs and tiny issues related to the Scorpio N, the leading car maker Mahindra has released an OTA update. The report says the latest update addresses multiple issues such as battery drain issues, Alexa, and the home screen among others.
The newly rolled-out update takes hardly 35 minutes to 40 minutes for the installation. Interested customers can download the latest software using Vi e-sim that comes with an SUV.
Here’s How to Update
- To align the vehicle with the latest OTA update, put the SUV in parking mode.
- Keep the ignition and hands brake on.
- Go to the settings, then software, and give the command for the updation.
- Once the command is taken, the system takes 35 to 45 minutes to be fully updated.
To note, the system might restart few times during the entire process. The update also comes with a company also rolls out an online manual. It is integrated into the system, ditching the third-party application.
Price Range and Powertrain Options
The tech-loaded Scorpio N comes at the starting price of Rs 16.36 Lakh, while the top model goes up to Rs 29.29 Lakh (all-showroom). The SUV is available in both petrol and diesel versions. The former uses a robust 1997 cc unit, while the latter has been treated with a 2184 cc option.
