The facelift avatar of Kia Carens has been spotted multiple times during the testing phase in India. Now, it seems the model is almost ready, and all set to hit the market anytime soon in 2025.
It has been reported that the MPV is expected to arrive with some major noticeable updates. It is likely to flaunt an improved bumper, enhanced front fascia, and redesigned tail section among other noticeable changes.
Expected Updates
According to the leak images, the upcoming model is likely to feature C-shaped new style LED headlamps with integrated LED DRLs. The customers can expect some nip-and-tuck updates from the front, which will contribute overall in its road appearance.
Rear Section
Moving to the rear, it will get the improved LED taillights, paired with the trending connecting LED light bar. It will be quite similar, which has been seen in the latest Seltos.
Interior
From inside, there are high possibilities that it might get new elements inside the cabin. The AC vents are expected to receive some cosmetic changes. However, the placement and design will remain the same as ongoing Carens. It will get new upholstery options, along with some robust safety features such as a 360-degree camera, parking assist, and Advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
Powertrain Options
Despite featuring cosmetic updates, the company is likely to retain the same engine option. It means the upcoming Caren will use a 1.5-litre unit, which will be available in both naturally aspirated petrol and diesel options.
Kia Carens is expected to arrive in the pure-electric version as well. Again! the company is yet to announce the confirmation on the same.
