Sugar-free Apple Kheer

Heat ghee in a pan and saute the grated apples. Add milk, cardamom, and saffron to the pan. Keep it stirring. Let it cool. Stir in the artificial sweetener. Garnish with chopped almonds and refrigerate.

Heat ghee in a pan and roast the whole wheat flour until it turns golden, brown, and aromatic. In another pan, melt jaggery with a little water until it dissolves. Add the jaggery syrup to the roasted flour and keep it stirring. Add cardamom powder, salt, cashews, and raisins. Mix well and cook. Serve it warm.

Ragi (Finger Millet) Laddoo

Dry roast the ragi flour in a pan until it turns slightly brown. In another pan, melt the jaggery with water until it reaches a syrup-like consistency. Add the roasted ragi flour, grated coconut, ghee, and cardamom powder to the jaggery syrup. Garnish with chopped nuts.

Sugar-free Mango Shrikhand

Combine the strained yoghurt, mango puree, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Mix well until all the ingredients are blended. Refrigerate the mix for some time and serve chilled.
